Why you may not hear from me immediately after you fill in the form

If you do not hear from me straight-away please bear in mind: 

  • We may be in different time zones. I live in New Zealand. I may be hours ahead, or behind your time. I could be asleep whereas you are wide awake and looking for a swift response.
  • I may not have immediate access to my computer and a good internet connection.
  • I am a band of one - me. Sometimes I am away from my desk. 


Let me know what really happened

Sometimes, despite our best efforts, all sorts of unforeseen events occur. They either block us from getting the download link we want or create other problems, like weird formatting or non-functioning internal links.

To find the solution for your problem, please let me know exactly what happened, or is happening, by writing it into the message box.

Whatever it is, I want to find an answer for you. I don't like the situation you're in either!
